The SILI CYZ pump is a single stage, single suction, end-suction self-priming centrifugal marine pump, especially with built-in self-priming device. (No need for extra water ring or air ejector vacuum pump). CYZ pump is suitable liquid for marin oil and fresh water with little particle below 70 C degree,(specially mechanical seal for 120 C degree)
CYZ pump application for cargo pump for oil on board ship or vessel(such as F.O., M.O., L.O., diesel oil, petrol, kerosene etc), and also cargo pump for fresh water and stripping pump. It can be also used as a ballast pump, bilge pump, and so on. CYZ pump spare parts can be also available in our sides.
CYZ horizontal self-priming centrifugal marine pump Feather:
a. Self-priming design, no need bottom valve in suction pipeline.
b. Two bearing housings fitted with deep groove rolling ball bearings. Pumps are fitted with greased for life bearings, or bearings are oil bath lubricated.
c. High quality mechanical seals(carbon/ceramic/stainless steel), or soft packing, Pumps are designed with sealing rings at the front and back of impellers.
d. Stainless steel(1Cr19Ni9Ti,SS304), or Cast iron(HT250, GG25) pump casing&body, impellers and stainless steel shaft for pump material.
e. Flanges are usually in Chinese GB standard, however other standard flanges in EN(DIN), ANSI, and JIS and so on, can be also provided.

The CYZ pump. The pumps are available in sizes ranging from 40 mm to 250 mm on the suction flange. The suction flange size is bigger than the discharge flange.
The CYZ pump is are self-priming single-stage, single suction centrifugal pumps used in marine and off shore industry. This pump has a built-in self-priming device. The pump is a so-called “End-suction” type, i.e. suction and pressure branches are mounted on vertical line.
Shaft and shaft seal: basically there are two kinds of shaft sealing: the packing and the mechanical seal, a mechanical shaft seal is a standard.
Bearings: the pump shaft is guided by two rolling bearings. It is usually designed for grease lubrication or oil lubrication.
Material for wet part: pump impeller, pump cover & casing(body) are in cast iron(HT250, or GG25) for standard, stainless steel material is also available if request.
Motor: in high class and insulation level, TEFC, IEC standard, 50Hz or 60Hz, especially explosion-proof motor for oil liquid.
Technical details:
–Motor: 2 pole quality IEC motor configurations, with high level class(class F or higher) and insulation(insulation IP44 or higher), in both 50Hz or 60Hz, Y-H series, suitable for marine purpose, explosion-proof motor for oil transfer pump. Starting in direct type(small power) or Star-delta type.
–Material: pump casing/casing cover/drain cover/suction cover: cast iron, a stainless steel pump is optional. impeller/wear ring, cast iron, shaft, shaft sleeve and key, carbon steel
–Shaft seal: mechanical seal, material: SIC(silicon carbide),hard alloy and ceramics, double face mechanical seal for big power pump.
–Priming: built-in self-priming casing and cover, with check valve in the discharge pipe, suction head about 4-5meter
–Coupling: flexible coupling type, material in carbon steel, or direct coupled as optional.
–Bearing: motor side, two enclosed antifriction bearing, lubricated by grease; pump side, two deep groove rolling ball bearing, lubricated by oil in oil bath
–Accessory: motor terminal box, lifting hooks, grease nipple, oil cup, air vent plug, drain plug, gauge connection plug and so on.
Standard pump supply range: including pump, coupling, common base, motor and standard accessories.
Optional supply: accessories: vacuum and pressure gauge, opposite flange, starter, valves, nuts and bolts and so on, suggested min spare parts: 1 pcs of impeller, 1 pcs of shaft, 2 pcs of mechanical seal, 2 sets of bearing, 6 pcs of O-ring
Certificate of classification society available: ABS, BV, and CCS.
Packing: in ply wooden case for international export.
