Service before sales

Service during sales:
We will set up a special project organization in charging everything concerning customers’ order of placement. Our effective management system ensures delivery of products on time or ahead of schedule. During the manufacturing process, we send customers timely information as to the progress of production of delivery. Before delivery, we assist customers with service, such as making an inventory, undertaking commissions for shipment, etc. These services includes but not limited to the following item:
- Catalogue, manual, performance curve, installation size and drawing, spare parts list and so on.
- Quickly respond the inquiry from clients about the production progress.
- Factory test for every pump or marine equipment and test report provided.
- OEM manufacture by clients brand in optional.
- DNV,LR,ABS,BV,KR,NK,RINA and CCS certificates of classification society are provided.
- C/O, Form E, Form A and other similar certificate are provided.
- Shipping mark is provided according to the clients’ request.
- Shipment arrangement or contact with clients’ forwarder in China.
- Shipment packing fumigation certificate is optional
- Confirmation of every shipment documents. Copy of the shipment document is provided and full original shipment documents can be posted to clients address by express.
- Goods photoes is provided for confirmation, just after it is packed and before shipment.
- Shipment notice is provided as request.
After-sales service
