Seawater is an important fluid in the processes of offshore oil production platforms because it is used in many circuits, such as cooling and reinjection into the well, and it is also used for fire-fighting, desalination and other purpose.
For example, in the injection loop, sea water is pumped up to the platform, where it is then filtered and cleaned. The treated seawater is then injected into the well to increase the pressure there.

Compact vertical centrifugal multi-stage design, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
The column shaft pipes have flanged connections and assembled with line shaft bearing. Usually the discharge
flange is in Chinese GB standard, the counter flanges can be provided.
The bearing of the JC line shaft is realized with a special sleeve, this is equipped with a rubber bearing and lubricated by the pumped liquid, for example the sea water. And the axial thrust is balanced with two grease lubricated double row bearings or oil lubricated roller bearings.
The pump shaft seal is located on the upper of the pump, it can be in gland soft packing or mechanical seal(single face or double face type)
The main wet parts, such as impeller, casing, are made of by stainless steel(SS304,SS316, or SS316L), bronze material can be also an optional.
The pump impeller and casing adopted the new technique top coated with epoxy, advanced hydraulic and excellent performance.
