The SILI CIS pump is a single stage, single suction, end-suction centrifugal marine pump. The CIS pump is designed according to international standard. ISO2858. It is for the end-suction centrifugal pump about the designation, nominal duty point and dimensions. The CIS horizontal centrifugal marine pump is suitable liquid for fresh water or sea water with little particle below 70 C degree. Specially mechanical seal for 120 C degree is available. CIS horizontal centrifugal marine pump Feather:
a. Designed to comply with ISO 2858 standard.
b. Back pull-out design. The bolting to the base plate through the casing feet together with spacer coupling; allow an easy disassembly of the rotating parts without disturbing the alignment and without disconnecting pipes and motor.
c. High quality mechanical seals(carbon/ceramic/stainless steel) with balanced configuration. Most of the pumps are designed with sealing rings at the front and back of impellers.(Gland packing is available).
d. Two bearing housings fitted with deep groove rolling ball bearings. Pumps are fitted with greased for life bearings, or bearings are oil bath lubricated.
e. Bronze pump casing&body, impellers and stainless steel shaft as standard for sea water.
f. Bare shaft and frame mounted for direct coupling to electric motors, coupled to 2 or 4 pole quality IEC motor configurations. It is with high level class and insulation, in both 50Hz or 60Hz, suitable for marine purpose.

The CIS pump is available in sizes ranging from 50 mm to 200 mm on the suction flange. The suction flange is bigger than the discharge flange.
The CIS pump is are single-stage volute casing pumps used in marine and off shore industry. Hydraulic design and dimensions comply with ISO 2858. The pump is a so-called “End-suction” type, i.e. suction and pressure branches are mounted on vertical line.
Shaft and shaft seal: basically there are two kinds of shaft sealing: the packing and the mechanical seal, a mechanical shaft seal with stainless steel shaft is a standard.
Bearings: the pump shaft is guided by antifriction bearings. It is usually designed for grease lubrication or oil lubrication.
Material for wet part: pump impeller, pump cover & casing(body) are in brozne for standard for sea water, while for fresh water, cast iron pump casing is optional
Motor: in high class and insulation level, TEFC, IEC standard, 50Hz or 60Hz, especially designed for marine and off shore purpose.

–Motor: 2 or 4 pole quality IEC motor configurations, with high level class(class F or higher) and insulation(insulation IP44 or higher), in both 50Hz or 60Hz, Y-H series, suitable for marine purpose, Starting in direct type(small power) or Star-delta type.
–Material: pump casing/cover: bronze(sea water) or cast iron(fresh water), pump impeller/wear ring: bronze, shaft, shaft sleeve and key, stainless steel
–Shaft seal: mechanical seal, material: SIC(silicon carbide),hard alloy and ceramics, double face mechanical seal for big power pump.
–Coupling: flexible coupling type, material in carbon steel.
–Bearing: motor side, two enclosed antifriction bearing, lubricated by grease; pump side, two deep groove rolling ball bearing, lubricated by oil in oil bath
–Accessory: motor terminal box, lifting hooks, grease nipple, oil cup, air vent plug, drain plug, gauge connection plug and so on.
Standard pump supply range: including pump, coupling, common base, motor and standard accessories.
